Many of our items are available for purchase on the Pickett.co.uk website. In order to check the availability of an item, choose the article that interests you on our website and click on it by using the selection bar. This will result in selecting the item that you are interested in.
Please be aware that only the available sizes and colours will be displayed.
It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is not available. This might be "Due in" or "Sold out"

To provide you with a unique experience, we pay particular attention to the preparation of your order. Each order is prepared by our mail order department, individually wrapped in its orange tissue and placed in our classic package, tied with the orange silk ribbon. The gift is then inserted into a box that will protect it and keep it anonymous during shipping.
If you place an order via your customer account on our website, the receipt will be sent directly to you electronically at the email address registered to your account. Price tags will be removed from the items of your order.
If the recipient of your gift wishes to exchange the item, they should contact us - we will be glad to help them through the process.
You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it.
When returning a product, put the unused item(s) back in the original packaging, along with the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
Any item not returned or returned incomplete, broken, damaged, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. With regard to footwear, the sole must also be intact in its original conditions; for that reason, we strongly recommended trying our leather kilim slippers on a carpet or rug-type surface.
Similarly, personalised items and custom orders made at the request of the customer, or products that have been altered, cannot be exchanged.
Delivery charges won't be refunded unless the item is faulty or the delivery hasn't met our expectations and estimated times.
We welcome you to bring you loved item(s) for being repaired. Our workshop has been operating for over 20 years and are able to provide a full restoration. We will require to have the item(s) in store, where your requirements will be noted before shipping the good(s) to our workshop.
For any repairs, you will be offered a quote and a repair time. Timings vary according to the status of your items. We aim to provide you a quote within 2 weeks.
Once the quote has been accepted, we will require the pending balance to be extinguished before processing with the services offered. We consider the payment as a go-ahead to our workshop, which will proceed working on your item(s) as soon as possible.
During our busiest times, we aim to repair your goods within 6-8 weeks maximum - times vary from item to item.
