Click & Collect
Our Click and Collect service allows you to collect your item free of charge from either of our stores, in Burlington Gardens or Sloane Street.
Our collection days run Monday – Saturday within our store opening hours, please be aware the earliest available collection will be 48hours from the date of purchase.
How to use:
Please select our Click and Collect option at the bottom of the first section of our checkout process. Then select your preferred store, followed by a preferred day and time from the available drop-down options. The earliest date of collection available will be 48 hours after your order is placed.
If we require any more time for your order to be ready for collection – in case of stock availability or busy personalisation periods, we will contact you within 24hours to make you aware.
International Shipping Options and Costs
We are very happy to arrange delivery overseas. You will need to enter the delivery address information at checkout in order to obtain a price for the delivery costs. We offer two courier service options:
- Express Courier – typically 1-4 working days depending on the country
- Saver Courier – typically 4-8 working days depending on the country
Lighter or less bulky items are less expensive to deliver via ‘Express Courier’, therefore you will not be offered the ‘Saver Courier’ option at checkout.
Customs, VAT & Import Duty
Orders may sometimes be delayed at customs. In these cases, delivery times may be longer than those estimated.
For all orders outside of the European Union, VAT will be eliminated from the total cost of your order before shipping costs are added. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duty and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government.

Tracking my order
We will send you a tracking number in your order despatch confirmation email. You will be able to track your order directly with the courier service.
Alternatively you can track your order in My Account or contact our Customer Services Team directly.
Can I specify a day for delivery?
Unfortuantely, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for your order.
However, we will do our best to help you in these cases. Please contact our customer services team directly, for any queries like this.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note, in accordance with the terms below.
Can I return an item for a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund, in accordance with the terms below.
A full refund (excluding original delivery charge) will only be issued if the goods are returned within 10 working days of receipt. Your receipt will be required for proof of purchase and any refunds will be made by original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for Bespoke, Personalised and Sale items, as well as the following specific products: Pashminas, Handbags and Jewellery.
Please note: We cannot accept refunds at our Sloane Street store. Please return any items that would require a refund to our Burlington Gardens store only.
Can a Bespoke or Personalised item be refunded?
Unfortunately, bespoke items and Personalised items are non-refundable.
Can I return an item for an exchange?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note, in accordance with the terms below.
If items are returned within 1 month of purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit note.
Can I return a Bespoke or Personalised item?
Bespoke items and Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
