How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked by viewing your order summary in My Account
Within your order dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.

How long will the delivery take?
Orders received before 12 noon (between Monday to Friday) are typically despatched on the same day.
Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. For next day deilvery, orders must be placed before 12noon the previous working day. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact our mail order department directly.
Personalisation and embossing orders take up to an additional 10 working days from the date of your initial order.
I have received the wrong item
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer services team directly and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

How do I amend my order?
If you need to add or remove any items from your order you will be able to do so within My Account. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team directly and they would be happy to make the amendments.
Please note that if your order has already been despatched or sent for personalisation, we will not be able to amend your order.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer services team who would be happy to help.

Can I change my delivery address?
You can make any changes to your delivery address in My Account. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Services team and we will be more than happy to help.
When will I be charged?
Payment is only taken once your order has been dispatched and this is only done after your bank issuer’s security checks and our own security checks have been made.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been despatched.
I haven't received my confirmation email
Your confirmation email is usually sent out within 30 minutes of your order being placed. This will be completed within our stipulated working hours.
If you have not received your confirmation email within this time frame please first check your junk email folder to ensure it has not mistakenly landed there.
Failing that, please contact our customer services team directly and will be happy to help.
I forgot to enter a promotional code, can I receive the discount?
Once an order has been placed unfortunatly, we are unable to add a discount code to it, if you wish to cancel your order please ensure that you do this before your order is dispatched.
