Delivery

We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability. However, please note personalised items will incur a further lead time of 10 days. Please enter any urgent deadlines in the “Further Instructions” box at the checkout and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery - £3.75 for orders up to £75 value (customers also have the option to upgrade to Next Day Special Delivery if required)

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - £6.50 for orders up to £150 value

Next Day Courier Service - £8.50 for orders over £150 value.

Please be aware that a signature will be required on receipt of delivery.

International Delivery

We are very happy to arrange delivery overseas. You will need to enter the delivery address information at checkout in order to obtain a price for the delivery costs. We offer two courier services options:

Express Courier – typically 1-4 working days depending on the country
Saver Courier – typically 4-8 working days depending on the country

Lighter or less bulky items are less expensive to deliver via ‘Express Courier’, therefore you will not be offered the ‘Saver Courier’ option at checkout.

Please note orders may be delayed at customs, in which case delivery times may be longer than those estimated.

For all orders outside of the European Union, VAT will be eliminated from the total cost of your order before shipping costs are added. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duty and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note, in accordance with the terms below. Simply return the items in their original condition and packaging to:

Mail Order Department, Pickett, 32/33 Burlington Arcade, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0PZ.

If items are returned within 1 month of purchase we will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit note. A full refund (excluding original delivery charge) will only be issued if the goods are returned within 10 working days of receipt. Your receipt will be required for proof of purchase and any refunds will be made by original payment method.

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds for Pashminas, Handbags, Jewellery or Sale / Promotional items, but will be more than happy to offer a credit note or exchange for other goods to the same value. Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We advise customers to insure all packages when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for items that we do not receive. Payment of return postage and any overseas duties are the responsibility of the customer. Pickett will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods. Please ensure all customs paper work is filled out accurately.

Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our Mail Order department and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
