Quietly exclusive and with a longstanding ethos to provide luxury leather goods that are handmade in England, everything about Pickett represents the unique character of artisanal luxury. Launched in 1988 by Trevor Pickett - the quintessential English eccentric - the Pickett brand has grown over the years and remains a proud purveyor of luxury goods. With over three decades of experience within the industry, Trevor has developed the brand into one offering a myriad of wonderful gifts and products.

With his keen eye and curious spirit Pickett has since expanded beyond leather goods, even introducing various items previously unavailable in the UK, such as the Pashmina and Kilim slippers. Trevor and his team continually source and design new products to ensure you can always find the perfect gift or classic timeless essential. As firm advocates of the British leather goods industry, we are one of the last remaining stores to ensure our leather goods are made in England from start to finish. We take great care to produce our ranges with small specialist workshops and individual craftsmen, some of whom we have worked with for more than the 23 years.

Our stores echo the Pickett culture, providing unsurpassable service in an inviting emporium environment. From the moment you enter, we aspire to make your shopping experience a memorable and engaging one culminating in all purchases individually gift wrapped in our distinctive dark green boxes with orange stain ribbon. We see the quality of our staff and the service they provide as a key component of our success and our team is passionate and proud of the brand and products.

With a fully-fledged Bespoke and Corporate service providing everything from leather goods to jewellery, we hope our ‘anything is possible’ ideology can provide you with exactly what you’re looking for.

All products on this site are supplied by Pickett Ltd and are available to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without notice to you and these changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Your privacy is taken very seriously and we will ensure that all of your personal information is treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in the UK. Your personal information will be kept secure and any data that you supply to us will be collected and used to enable us to fulfil your order. We also collect the data you enter on this site to track your usage. This information is used to save you typing in personal information every time you visit our site. It is also used for anonymous analysis about how our customers use our website.

Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order will not take place until the goods are ready to be dispatched at which point you will be charged and will e-mail you an order confirmation. Personalised items will be charged prior to personalisation.  We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be as a result of the goods ordered being out of stock, a problem with obtaining payment authorisation or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you.  All purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between Pickett Ltd and you, the customer, will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. 

Security policy
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

 Payment
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, although we regret we are unable to take American Express. Please note that all prices may be subject to change without notice.
