Delivery and
Returns
Delivery
If your order is
placed before midday Monday-Friday we will aim to despatch it
on the day of receipt providing the goods are in stock. Orders
placed after this time or at the weekend will be despatched on the
next working day.
All items are
gift wrapped.
On high value orders, Pickett automatically adds relevant shipping insurance. UK
Delivery
All orders will
be sent via special delivery or courier to arrive within 5 working
days. If you require your order to be delivered sooner please
contact our Mail Order department (phone: 020 7493 9072 or
email: mail.order@pickett.co.uk for a quote.
Due to the varying
weights of our products we are unable to provide a set cost for
orders over 5kg. If your order falls into this category our Mail
Order department will contact you with a quote for your agreement
before your order is processed.
International
Delivery
We are happy to
fulfil overseas orders. Please note that if your order is delivered
outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local
taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your parcel. Rules
vary by country and are determined by your local government.
Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive depending on whereabouts in the world you are. All orders will be sent by a recognised courier and
you will be contacted by our Mail Order department with a quote for
your agreement before your order is processed.
Returns and
Exchanges
We are confident that you will be delighted with your new purchase but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations you may return goods in perfect condition to: Mail Order Department, Pickett, 32/33 Burlington Arcade, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0PZ. If returned within 1 month of purchase we
will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit note. A full refund
will only be issued if the goods are returned within 10 working
days of receipt. Your receipt will be required for proof of
purchase and any refunds will be made by original payment
method.
We advise customers to insure all
packages when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility
for any goods returned that we do not receive. Payment of return
postage and any overseas duty is the responsibility of the
customer.
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our Mail Order department and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account. Detailed below are the Pickett website Terms and

Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order will not take place until
the goods are ready to be dispatched at which point the purchase
contract will be made and you will be charged. At this point we
will e-mail you an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be as a result of the goods ordered being out of stock, a problem with obtaining payment authorisation or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you. All purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between Oldavon Ltd and you, the customer, will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Payment
Payment can be made using all major credit and
debit cards. We will take all reasonable precautions within our
power to keep your order and payment details secure but, unless we
are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages
caused as a result of unauthorised access to the information you
provide.
Payment by cheque is possible, such payments will require you to call the Pickett Mail Order Department and only Pickett receives cleared funds will the items be released. Please note that all prices may be subject to change without notice. Accuracy of Information
